Established in 2018, Optimum Sports Academy is an ambitious and respected player development programme. We specialise in identifying, recruiting and developing talented young footballers, providing the coaching, environment and opportunities needed to maximise their potential. With over 15 years of experience in football and an extensive network across the professional game, we have helped players progress into professional academy football, secured scholarship agreements and facilitated numerous professional club trials.

With teams from U9 to U16, we provide a structured development pathway and compete in the Junior Premier League (JPL), alongside other competitive leagues and elite fixtures. Our coaching team includes UEFA B qualified staff, with FA Safeguarding and FA First Aid qualifications, ensuring players develop within a safe, challenging and professional environment.
