Launched in 2018, the Optimum sports academy brand has well and truly created shockwaves within the world of academy football. 

 

We specialise in identifying, recruiting and transforming young players so they are able to fulfill their potential and make the huge step into professional academy football. We boast over fifteen years of experience within the industry, our expertise in player development and our enviable network with professional clubs has enabled us to propel the players we work with into professional academy football. 

 

Now a cemented force, we’re looking to help even more young players follow their dreams. This season alone: we have secured four scholarship deals (2 year contract at a pro club 16-18); have arranged over thirty trials for the players we work with and have networked with over 50 professional clubs.

 

We have worked hard to create an elite environment for our academy players, from our backroom team of interdisciplinary experts to our elite games programmes consisting of games against professional football academies and showcase games exposing you to the UK’s best talent scouts in the industry.
